Fully automatic beverage carbon dioxide gas capacity analyzer GVA-700
The GVA-700 is suitable for quality management of filling beverages in containers, and the carbon dioxide gas capacity is an important quality characteristic indicator of carbonated beverages. The GVA-700 can be a fully automatic analyzer for measuring the carbon dioxide content in beverages, pressure in containers, air volume, and oxygen concentration. Simply place the beverage container on the sample holder, and the device can automatically puncture the container, exhaust, and continuously shake up and down for measurement.
This instrument can measure the gas equilibrium pressure and sample temperature generated after continuous shaking of the sample container, and calculate and process them through a microcomputer processor. The calculated results of gas content/pressure are displayed on the LCD screen.
After absorbing the carbon dioxide contained in the gas in the sample using an alkaline aqueous solution, the residual gas amount and oxygen concentration value are measured. The gas content value of the sample is calculated by a microcomputer processor and displayed on the LCD screen.
GB/T 10792-2008 Carbonated Beverages (Soda)
Carbon dioxide gas capacity: Pressure reducer method: Pierce the bottle cap (or can cap) of a carbonated beverage sample bottle (can) with the needle on the pressure reducer, open the air valve to exhaust, and immediately close the air release valve after the pressure gauge pointer returns. Shake the sample bottle (or can) vigorously back and forth for about 40 seconds, and after the pressure stabilizes, record the megapascal number (to two decimal places). Rotate the open air valve, then open the bottle cap (or can cap) and measure the temperature of the liquid inside the container with a thermometer.
Based on the measured pressure and temperature, the carbon dioxide gas absorption coefficient is used to obtain the volume multiple of the carbon dioxide gas capacity.
GB/T 4928-2008 Beer Analysis Method
Carbon dioxide: Pressure method: According to Henry's law, the total pressure, bottleneck air volume, and bottleneck air volume of the sample are measured using a carbon dioxide pressure gauge at 25 ° C, and then the carbon dioxide content in the beer is calculated.
Fully automatic beverage carbon dioxide gas capacity analyzerGVA-700main features:
1. The fully automatic measuring device is very easy to operate and has no human error.
2. Reduce the workload of quality control, eliminate the need for manual bottle shaking, and lower the risk.
3. Placing the maintenance part in front of the instrument can improve work efficiency.
Compared to the old model GVA-500, it has a smaller footprint and saves space.
5. The host can edit 20 sets of measurement methods and store 100 sets of measurement results.
6. The measurement method and results can be stored on a USB flash drive, and the data can be transferred to a computer.
